Support

Convert PDF to Word, Word to PDF, text to PDF and images to PDF on your iPhone. Answers to common questions are below; if yours isn't here, email us and we'll reply.

Converting a file

Tap Choose PDF on the main screen, pick your document, and the converted Word file appears when it's ready. Use Share / Save to open it in Word, Pages, or Google Docs, or to save it to Files.

For the other conversions (Word to PDF, text to PDF, images to PDF), tap the matching row below the main button.

Where do my converted files go?

They're saved inside the app and listed under Recent files on the main screen, so you can share them again later. To keep a copy elsewhere, tap the share icon and choose Save to Files or send it to another app.

To remove one, press and hold it and choose Delete. Deleting the app removes all of them.

Is there a size limit?

Yes: 10 MB per file. Larger documents are rejected with a message rather than failing silently. There is no page limit within that size.

Do I need an internet connection?

For PDF to Word and Word to PDF, yes: these are handled by a professional conversion engine that can't run on a phone. Text to PDF and Image to PDF work entirely offline on your device.

Are my documents private?

We don't store your documents and we never read them. Text and image conversions never leave your iPhone at all. The full details are in our privacy policy.

A conversion failed

The most common causes:

If a file keeps failing, email us and tell us what kind of document it is; that's genuinely useful for improving the app.

Subscriptions and cancelling

One subscription unlocks every conversion. There's no download fee and no per-file charge on top: one price, and you can cancel any time.

To cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and select PDF to Word. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring a purchase

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the app, bring up the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it on.
