PDF to Word is published by Made It Happen LLC. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. If anything here is unclear, email us; the address is at the bottom.
Essentially nothing. The app has no sign-up, no login, and no user profile. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, or photos library. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and the app contains no third-party trackers.
We cannot identify you, and we have no way to connect a conversion to a person.
Text → PDF and Image → PDF are performed entirely on your iPhone using Apple's built-in document tools. Those files never leave your device and never reach us.
PDF → Word and Word → PDF cannot be done well on a phone, so they are processed by a professional conversion service. When you convert one of these:
Our service does not store your documents. It holds the file only in memory for the seconds the conversion takes; there is no database and nothing is written to disk. Our conversion provider processes files transiently and deletes them after processing in line with their own privacy terms.
Nothing is uploaded until you choose a file and start a conversion. If you close the app before that, nothing has been sent.
If we change conversion providers in future, we will update this page to name the new one.
Converted files are saved inside the app on your iPhone so you can find and share them again. They are stored in the app's private storage and are not accessible to other apps. They stay there until you delete them individually or delete the app, which removes all of them.
Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and managed with RevenueCat, which tracks whether a subscription is active.
Manage or cancel a subscription any time in the App Store under your Apple account, not in this app.
All communication between the app and our service uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Conversion credentials are held on our server and are never included in the app. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
For confidential documents, note that PDF → Word conversion necessarily involves sending the file to a third-party service. If a document is too sensitive for that, use the on-device conversions instead.
PDF to Word is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, there is nothing for us to delete, but if you have a concern, please get in touch.
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a company holds about you. We hold no personal information about you, so there is nothing for us to look up or erase. You remain in full control of the two things that exist:
